Clogged showerhead – weak or uneven water jet

Limescale deposits block the small nozzles and are the most common cause of a weak or uneven spray. Unscrew the showerhead and soak it overnight in household vinegar (5–9% acidity); alternatively, use a commercially available descaling product. Afterwards, scrub the nozzles with an old toothbrush and rinse thoroughly with water. For stubborn nozzle inserts, push them out individually, clean them, and reinsert them. Regular cleaning every 3–6 months helps prevent the problem.
