Robotic Lawn Mower Stops or Won't Move

The cause is often a dirty boundary wire, a wheel blocked by grass or branches, or a flat battery. First clean the wheels and blades of grass clippings and debris. Check the boundary wire for breaks – a cable fault can be identified with a multimeter or by an error code on the base station. Fully charge the battery and return the device to the base station. For persistent error codes, consult the user manual or contact the manufacturer's customer service.
