Cabinet door hanging crooked and not closing properly

In most cases the cup hinges (European cabinet hinges) are simply out of adjustment – this can be fixed without any tools. Each cup hinge has two or three adjustment screws: the side screw moves the door left or right, and the rear screw controls the gap to the side panel. Use a cross-head screwdriver to make small turns and test the door in between. If the door sits too low, adjust all hinges upward by the same amount. If screws have pulled out, fill the hole with wooden toothpicks and wood glue, allow to dry, then re-screw.
