Battery-powered device (e.g. robot vacuum, headphones) no longer charges

Common causes include dirty charging contacts, a faulty cable, or a deeply discharged battery. Carefully clean the charging contacts on the device and the charging dock with a dry cloth or cotton swab. Try a different charging cable and a different power outlet. If the battery is deeply discharged, leave the device connected to the charger for at least 30 minutes without interruption. If the device still shows no signs of life afterwards, the battery may be defective – a replacement battery is available at low cost for many devices. Battery replacement on high-voltage battery packs (e.g. e-bikes) must only be performed by qualified personnel.
