Smart Bulb / Light No Longer Switching On
The most common cause: the wall switch was turned off manually – smart bulbs need a constant power supply. Make sure the physical switch is always left in the 'On' position and that control is handled exclusively via the app or voice assistant. Put the bulb back into pairing mode by switching it off and on rapidly at the switch (3–5 times in quick succession), then reconnect it in the app. Also check whether a software update is pending for the app or gateway.
