Video doorbell or smart camera shows no image
The most common causes are a poor Wi-Fi signal at the installation location, an expired camera subscription (cloud storage), or an overheated device. First, check the Wi-Fi signal strength directly at the camera (ideally above -65 dBm). If necessary, place a Wi-Fi range extender nearby. Restart the camera by disconnecting the power supply. For battery-powered cameras, fully charge the battery. Check in the app whether the subscription is active. Safety note: Any work on the 230 V wiring of a hardwired doorbell must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
