Car pulls to one side while driving – minor issue or dangerous?

If the vehicle consistently pulls to the left or right on a straight road, the cause is often unequal tyre pressure, uneven tyre wear, or incorrect wheel alignment. Start by checking the tyre pressure on all four tyres (the recommended values are on the fuel cap or in the owner's manual). If the pressure is correct, have a workshop check the tracking and camber – incorrect suspension geometry can increase tyre wear and compromise road safety. Drive with extra caution until the vehicle has been checked, and avoid motorway driving.
