Coffee Machine: Coffee Drips Very Slowly or Not at All

The most likely cause is heavy limescale build-up inside the machine. Use a standard coffee machine descaler and follow the dosage instructions on the packaging. Fill the descaling solution into the water tank, then start the descaling programme (on many models this is activated by holding a button for a few seconds – refer to the manual) or run the solution through in several passes. Afterwards, flush the tank with clean water at least twice. To prevent future blockages, descale your machine every 2–3 months.
