Bean-to-cup coffee machine no longer grinding

Common causes: grinder blocked by coffee oils and grounds, incorrect grind setting, or overly oily coffee beans. Steps: empty the bean hopper and wipe it out with a dry cloth. Run specialist grinder cleaning tablets (available from appliance retailers) through the grinding cycle. Never adjust the grind setting while the grinder is running – always wait for the machine to stop first. Switch to a less heavily roasted, less oily bean: oily beans clog the grinder more quickly. If the machine does not clean itself, run the grinder cleaning function in the service menu or call customer support – dismantling the grinder yourself may void the warranty.
