Printer not found on Wi-Fi – what can I do?

Common cause: The printer is connected to the wrong Wi-Fi network (e.g. the 5 GHz band instead of 2.4 GHz) or did not receive a new IP address after a restart. Check the printer's display to see whether it is connected to your Wi-Fi network, and reconnect it to the network if necessary. Restart the printer, router, and computer. Make sure the printer and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network – many printers only support 2.4 GHz. Reinstall the latest printer driver from the manufacturer and choose 'Wi-Fi connection' rather than USB during setup.
